Manage Your Login Credentials

The second tab of your Account Panel is your Account Access Tab. Here, you'll be able to change your password and even your login email. Let's check out how update both pieces of info!

Change your password

To change your password, you'll first need to input your current password.

Keep in mind...

• If you've forgotten your password, you can always log out and reset your password. Click here to learn how to do that.

Next, input a new secure password.

 Then click the Change My Password button.

And that's it! Make sure to save this password somewhere safe so you don't misplace it or forget it.

Keep in mind...

• If you ever forget your password when trying to log in, you can send yourself a password reset email. Click here to learn more about that.

Change your login email

Just below where you can update your password, you can change your login email.

Keep in mind...

• You must first add and verify at least one more address, additional to your current login email address. To check if you've done this, you can check your Email Address Tab. As long as you have at least two addresses marked as verified, you can change your login address.
• If you need guidance on how to add and verify a secondary email address, click here.

To change your login email, click the dropdown menu to reveal the list of verified email addresses in your account.

Select the new address you wish to use as your login email.

Then, click the Change My Login button.

Now, the next time you sign into your account, you'll use your updated login email to do so.
