Request a Refund
Should you find yourself in a situation where you need to request a refund for a donation you made (perhaps you forgot to deactivate a scheduled gift, or entered an incorrect amount), reach out to your church's financial admin team and they'll be able to initiate the refund for you.
Keep in mind...
- The RebelGive Customer Success Team does not have the power to initiate refunds for you; you must contact your church's financial admin team directly.
Contact your church
To find your church's contact information, while accessing My Giving, click on the Churches & Organizations Tab.
There, you'll see all the churches/organizations you've given to, along with their contact information (both email address and phone number). Use either method of communication to contact your church's financial admin team to request a refund.
