Recurring Giving Options
The standard GivingFlow allows for the following four recurring giving options:
However, Givers may want more options to better align with exactly when they want their recurring gift to be donated. Below are some additional options you can add to your GivingFlow.
Quick Intervals
Some Givers may wish to give on the 1st & 15th of every month, or perhaps the 5th and 20th of every month, depending on their personal payroll schedule. You can add one or both of these options, depending on how many choices you wish to provide your Givers with in this step of the GivingFlow.
In your Control Center, access your GivingFlow Design Settings by clicking on GivingFlow in your main menu bar and then Design. Or click here.
Scroll down to Choose Quick Intervals. There, you can toggle each individual option:
- Every 1st and 15th
- Every 5th and 20th
Don't forget to hit the Save my Changes button!
If you add both options, this is what your GivingFlow will look like
Custom Date Picker
After choosing the interval you want your donation to recur on, you'll be given the opportunity to choose when you want your donation to start. Clicking the Custom Date option will allow you to customize that date.
Pause Recurring Gifts
As an admin on your RebelGive account, you can pause a recurring donation on behalf of any giver.
Here's how to do that:
- Login to your account
- From the Transactions tab, find the recurring donation you want to pause
- Click the View button
- In the panel that opens up, you can choose the Stop Recurring Gift option in the upper right hand corner
