Why are my downloaded reports showing the wrong times?

If you don't specify which timezone your church is in, all downloaded reports will present information in UTC+0:00 time (Greenwich Mean Time). To ensure that the correct times/dates are showing, you'll need to adjust the timezone in your Control Center.

Set your timezone

To set the timezone of your church (and thus the timezone your Control Center interprets date/time information), first go to your Settings Panel and find the Timezone Tab.

Next, search for your specific timezone in terms of eastern, pacific, mountain, central, etc.

Once you've selected the appropriate timezone, click the Save Timezone button.
