Why do I see BluePay, CardConnect, First Data and/or Merchant Bank in my bank account statements?

Though RebelGive is your online giving platform, RebelGive doesn't actually process and deliver any gifts to your bank account. Our card processor (CardConnect) does all that work. (They're the ones who are able to provide the amazing 1.9% per-transaction fees for any credit cards and $0.25 per-transaction fees for ACH/direct bank transfer.)

When BluePay deposits gifts into your bank account, these are gifts donated via ACH/direct bank transaction and may appear as deposited by Fiserv.

When CardConnect, First Data, or Merchant Bank deposits gifts into your bank account, these are gifts donated via credit card, and will generally appear as deposited by MerchantBankCd.
