How do I know if my account is fully activated?
If you see the following banner in your Control Center, that means before we can activate your account, we still need a bit more information from you.
To see what information you still need to submit, click on your profile in the top right corner. Then, In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Finish Church Setup.
To complete the remaining uncompleted items on your checklist, simply click on each item and you will be taken to that specific area in your Control Center.
When you finish and submit your account setup, this information gets sent over to our processing partner to connect the financial side of your account. This can take a few days. After this is done, you'll receive an email from us letting you know that your account is ready to go!
