Manage Personal Account

Switching between your personal RebelGive account and your church's account is easy. When creating RebelGive, we didn't want to make accessing your church's account an annoying process by having to log out of your personal account and then login with a different set of credentials. This process works the same way for each admin who has access to your church's account. Let's check out how to do this!

Access your personal giving account

If you're viewing your church's account but wish to access your personal Giver Account, you can easily do so by clicking on your profile in the top right corner.

In the dropdown menu, select either My Giving or My Account, depending on where you want to go. My Giving takes you directly to your personal giving records, while My Account takes you to your profile and account settings.

Access your church's account

If you're viewing your personal Giver Account but wish to access your church's account, you can do so via the same process by clicking on your profile in the top right corner.

In the dropdown menu, select your church. This will take you to your church's Transactions Panel.

If you don't see your church's name but see Church Admin instead, this means you have access to more than one church account. (If you're involved in managing multiple campuses or multiple church RebelGive accounts, this is likely what you'll see.)

Simply click on Church Admin to reveal the list of church accounts you have access to.

Then click on the one that you want to view.

What if I don't want my personal giving account to have access to the church's account?

Should you feel uncomfortable with the idea you can easily switch between the two accounts (your personal account and your church's account), you can always create a new account here using a generic church email address. Doing so will create a personal giving account associated with that email address, but by following our guide on how to invite an admin to gain access to your church's account, you can give the generic giving account access to your church's account, and then revoke access from your personal account.
