Occasionally, when donating through your church's GivingFlow, you might be met with an error code stating that your donation failed to be processed. This could happen for a number of reasons, so always read the error code for instructions on what to do next.

For one-time gifts, RebelGive's system never tries to automatically reprocess a failed payment. If you see an error, the gift didn't complete and it will not be tried again.

For recurring gifts RebelGive's system tries to reprocess the gift 3 times (with a day in between each attempt). If they all fail, we pause the gift to prevent any warning signs going through to your bank about suspicious activity. With each attempt at reprocessing the gift, we will also send you an email each time it fails, notifying you of the failed payment.
