When you're working through a question with our support team and would like us to take a deeper look at your account, you can grant us temporary admin access. Since your privacy is incredibly important to us, the only way that we can access your Control Center is if you invite us. 🤝
How to invite our team
1. From the Administrators section of the Settings tab, click the Add New + button.
2. Add our support email email@example.com and select Administrator from the access level dropdown.
Once we log in, we'll be able to work through questions about your account together. After we've finished, you can go ahead and remove access.
3. To remove our access, head back to the Administrators section and click Deactivate.
That's it! If you have additional questions in the future, you can easily add us back!
